Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline any commission without further explanation.

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

The commissioner is responsible for providing all necessary references and details. You are free to request changes and corrections during the sketch stage. However, if these changes involve elements not included in the original description or references, they may require an additional fee. If information is missing or incorrect and the sketch is approved, any changes due to missing or incorrect details may require an additional (higher) fee.

COMMISSIONING & CONTACT

I accept commissions through VGen, Discord direct messages, and email.

For VGen commissions, payment and processing are handled through the platform.
For commissions via Discord or email, payment is accepted through PayPal invoicing or Ko-Fi.

PAYMENT

For regular commissions via DMs and email payment is required after the sketch is approved.
For YCH and VGen commissions I accept the payment upfront.
I allow partial and delayed payments (please inform me in advance).
I can offer refunds only before I begin the sketch. After the sketch is approved and payment is made, refunds are not available.
You are free to cancel the commission at any point before I start the sketch. For commissions via Discord or email, if the wait time is longer than 3 weeks, I’ll check in before starting to make sure you’re still interested.
Filing a chargeback will result in loss of all rights to the artwork and a permanent blacklist from future commissions.

PROCESS

To inquire about a commission, contact me via email, Discord DMs, or send a request through VGen. For your convenience, I provide a TEMPLATE with the information I usually need.
If you need the commission by a specific date, please inform me in advance. Very tight deadlines (under 2 weeks, depending on my current workload and commission type) may require an additional fee.
I will review your request and decide whether to accept the commission. If any additional information is needed, I will contact you before setting the final price.
I will determine the final price, send it to you, and confirm that you are okay with it before proceeding. For VGen commissions, you will receive a proposal through the platform.
After beginning work, I will provide an initial sketch. Once the sketch is approved, commissions arranged via Discord or email will receive an invoice or a Ko-Fi payment link.
You may request updates or work-in-progress images at any time. Depending on the scope and type of commission, I may also send updates on my own, but this is not guaranteed.
After sketch approval, the typical turnaround time for completion is 1–7 days (excluding larger projects such as animatics, animations, or comics).
YCH commissions usually do not include work-in-progress updates unless confirmation is needed for specific details.
Once the artwork is completed, you will either receive a final version for confirmation before delivery, or it will be sent directly to you in cases such as “surprise me” commissions or YCHs.

PERMISSIONS

After receiving the artwork, you are allowed to:

Repost and share it anywhere (credit is appreciated but not required).
Create physical items for personal use only (such as con badges or prints).
Use the artwork as a profile picture, wallpaper, or similar.

You are not allowed to:

Remove my signature. You may request a signature-free version if it was not provided.
Edit the artwork without my permission.
Sell the artwork or claim it as your own.
Use the artwork for profit without purchasing commercial rights.
Use the artwork in AI training, datasets, or generators.

PUBLICATION

I may post commissioned artwork on my social media (X (Twitter), Bluesky, Tumblr, TikTok etc.). If no preference is stated, I assume permission to share the final piece.
I may also share work in progress images and record the drawing process (such as speedpaints) for posting, unless requested otherwise.
You may request your commission to remain fully private. This must be stated in advance, preferably during the initial discussion stage. NDA requests are free.

USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSING

All base prices are for personal use only.
This means the artwork can be used for personal purposes such as profile pictures, wallpapers, or sharing on social media (with credit).

Commercial Use (2× base price)
Applies if the artwork is used in any context that generates income or promotes a business, including but not limited to:

monetized content (YouTube, Twitch, etc.),
branding (logos, banners, mascots),
advertisements or promotional materials,
games, visual novels, or paid projects.

Commercial Merchandising (3× base price)
Applies if the artwork is used on physical or digital products for sale, including:

prints, posters,
stickers, charms, pins,
apparel (shirts, hoodies, etc.),
any item intended for resale.

Please clearly state your intended use when commissioning.
The final price and usage rights will be confirmed after review.

Unauthorised commercial or merchandise use of the artwork is not permitted.

I WILL DRAW:

Most gore and body horror (both realistic and stylized, including pastel, fruit, or candy gore)
Complex character designs and clothing
Original species
Weapons and armor
NSFW (see detailed rules and examples HERE)
Canon x OC

I WILL NOT DRAW:

Minors (characters under 18, or characters who appear underage)
Mecha, complex robots, or transformers
Vehicles (cars, motorcycles, planes etc.)
Vehicle-hybrid characters
Extremely exaggerated body proportions (extreme muscle mass, very large breasts or buttocks etc.)
