I'm in the process of updating my commission setup,

so this section of the Terms of Service

may be revised once the new system is in place.

​GENERAL

○ I reserve the right to decline the commission proposal without any further explanation.

○ By commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service provided below.

Payment

 

○ I accept payment via PayPal or Ko-Fi only.

○ I accept payments after the sketch is approved by the commissioner.

○ I allow partial payments (please let me know in advance).

○ I don't do refunds.

○ You can cancel the commission as long as the sketch hasn't been finished yet.

○ If you file a chargeback against me you lose all rights to the commissioned drawing and commissioning me in the future.

Commercial use

○ Commercial use + Merchandising is x3 the final price.

Process

○ To inquire about a commission send my an email to lrusujpg@gmail.com.

○ If you need the commission for an specific date please let me know in advance.

○ We discuss the details and afterwartds you will be provided a WIP (a doodle or a sketch).

○ After the sketch is approved, I'll send you the invoice.

○ Once the invoice is payed I will continue with your commission.

○ Feel free to ask for updates and WIPs anytime during the process.

○ As for YCH commissions, there usually won't be any WIPs. You will be delievered a final product.

Permissions

After receiving the artwork you are allowed to:

○ Repost and share it anywhere you want.

○ Make any physical item with it, like a con badge etc. for personal use only.

○ Use it as profile picture, background etc. without crediting me.

You are NOT allowed to:

○ Remove my signature.

○ Edit the artwork without consultation.

○ Sell the artwork.

○ Make money on it without my knowledge (ecxample: making merchandise with it).

○ Claim the artwork was made by you.

○ You may not use the commissioned artwork in any AI programs or for machine learning purposes. This includes uploading it to AI generators or datasets.

Anytime after getting art from me you can ask for:

○ Minor edits.

○ Signature-free version (I reserve the right to decline this request).

○ .psd file (up to one year after getting the artwork).

All my work is available to my patrons in forms of WIPs and previews.

For a request I can keep my work confidential.

​

I can post your commission on my social media, but I do that ONLY per your requests.
