I reserve the right to decline any commission without further explanation.

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

The commissioner is responsible for providing all necessary references and details. You are free to request changes and corrections during the sketch stage. However, if these changes involve elements not included in the original description or references, they may require an additional fee. If information is missing or incorrect and the sketch is approved, any changes due to missing or incorrect details may require an additional (higher) fee.

PAYMENT

I accept payments through PayPal and VGen only.
When commissioning me, you will be asked to provide your PayPal email address so I can send you an invoice.

For VGen and YCH commissions, full payment is required upfront.
For commissions arranged via email, I will send an invoice once the sketch has been approved.


Partial payments and delayed payments are possible, provided they are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
All payments are non-refundable once made.


Filing a chargeback will result in the loss of all rights to the commissioned artwork and a permanent ban from commissioning me again.

GENERAL

If you need your commission by a specific date, please let me know in advance.

I will provide you with WIP (work-in-progress) updates whenever significant progress is made or when clarification is needed.
You are also welcome to request updates or WIP images at any time. However, please keep in mind that if I haven't contacted you with an update, it usually means no progress has been made since the last update.

Please keep in mind that I won't send any updates until I have something to show. The waiting period before I start working on your commission is usually the longest part of the process. 

Once I begin working on your commission, the typical turnaround time after sketch approval is 1–7 days.

PRIVACY

  • I may post commissioned artwork on my social media (X (Twitter), Bluesky, Tumblr, TikTok etc.). I usually ask permission before posting.

  • I may share work in progress images with my supporters.

  • I may record the drawing process (such as speedpaints) for future posting.

  • You can request your commission to remain fully private. This must be stated in advance. NDA requests are free.

USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSING

All base prices are for personal use only.

Personal use permissions:

After receiving the artwork, you are allowed to:

  • Repost and share it anywhere (credit is appreciated but not required).

  • Create physical items for personal use only (such as con badges or prints).

  • Use the artwork as a profile picture, wallpaper, or similar.
     

You are not allowed to:

  • Remove my signature.

  • Edit the artwork without my permission.

  • Sell the artwork or claim it as your own.

  • Use the artwork for profit without purchasing commercial rights.

  • Use the artwork in AI training, datasets, or generators.

Commercial Use

Commercial use license is double the base commission price.


Applies if the artwork is used in any context that generates income or promotes a business, including but not limited to:

  • monetized content (YouTube, Twitch, etc.),

  • branding (logos, banners, mascots),

  • advertisements or promotional materials,

  • games, visual novels, or paid projects.
     

Commercial Merchandising 

Quoted individually depending on the scope.


Applies if the artwork is used on physical or digital products for sale, including:

  • prints, posters,

  • stickers, charms, pins,

  • apparel (shirts, hoodies, etc.),

  • any item intended for resale.
     

Please clearly state your intended use when commissioning.
The final price and usage rights will be confirmed after review.

Unauthorised commercial or merchandise use of the artwork is not permitted.

​WHAT I WILL AND WON’T DRAW​

I WILL DRAW:

  • Most gore and body horror (both realistic and stylized, including pastel, fruit, or candy gore etc.)

  • Complex character designs and clothing

  • Original species

  • Weapons and armor

  • Canon x OC

 

I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Minors and underage looking characters

  • Mecha, complex robots, or transformers

  • Vehicles (cars, motorcycles, planes etc.)

  • Vehicle-hybrid characters

  • Extremely exaggerated body proportions (extreme muscle mass, very large breasts or buttocks etc.)

Can you use my art?
If you'd like to use my art for anything, please contact me. Usually it's not an issue, but I do not allow anyone to use my art without my knowledge.
Feel free to use my art for your wallpaper, personal social media icon etc. without asking.

Do I accept art trades or collaborations?
No.
